Kgomotso Ditshwene was born and raised in a small town called Mafikeng in the North West Province of South Africa. She is a self -motivated women who fell in love with the Arts at a tender age of seven.

Miss Ditshwene’s artistry was nurtured by a warm Bophuthatswana were she received numerous awards from the National Eisteddfod Academy, she later won the Top of the Pops talent search which opened greater doors in 2001 of studying at Mmabana Arts Culture and Sports Foundation, where she performed in numerous Theatre productions. In 2004 Miss Ditshwene made a bold career move to Johannesburg the city of gold and the entertainment industry welcomed her with leading roles on TV {Zone 14, Generations, Him her and the guys} to mention a few and a couple of Big Screen Films{Long walk to freedom, Mma Moeketsi, Life above all, A blowing in the wind}

In 2011 after the last season of Zone 14 Miss Ditshwene gave birth to her daughter Maatla that’s when Ditshwene decided to go behind the scenes and learn Casting with Moonyeenn Lee from MLA. Casted a lot of international movies {The book of negroes, Five Fingers for Marseilles, Mary and Martha, Four Corners, The good lie, The giver} Casting Soap’s such as Rhythm City and Generation The Legacy.

In 2015 Miss Ditshwene founded KTL Casting which scouts’ talent from all provinces and develops artists into creatives with training and assisting the creatives to find work.

Kgomotso Ditshwene believes that her success comes from the fact that no matter what she does, she puts her Heart and Soul in all she does. living by the motto “give it your all or don’t do it at all” and her faith has taught her that anything is possible.
